• Block off time on your calendar to do this before scheduling our 90-min call.
• Thoughtful answers will provide the most clarity & insight, but how in-depth you go is up to you.
• Your answers don’t need to be perfect, they just need to get your ideas out of your head so I can get a snapshot of your business.
• There are 4 pages to complete, so give yourself about 30-60 minutes.
• You CAN pause if you need to, but don’t forget to finish so you can keep moving forward!

  • Not giving yourself enough time to fill out the questionnaire & do your prep is not an emergency. It can be avoided with good planning.
  • If this is your reason, your strategy call will be reduced by 30-minutes OR a $99 fee.
