When you work with Virtuallinda Media LLC, you receive a personal use license to your own Toolkit content and final deliverables — your decisions, your data, your project outputs.
What stays with Virtuallinda Media LLC
The Brand Builder System is proprietary — including its methodology, structure, components, frameworks, internal processes, terminology, templates, prompts, and materials. Your license to your deliverables does not include any rights to the system that produced them.
What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, license, teach, or train others — or AI systems — on the Brand Builder System, its components, templates, structure, methodology, or terminology. You may not upload proprietary materials, prompts, or internal documents to public AI tools, datasets, or training platforms without written permission.
These protections continue after our working relationship ends.
